Arcade East:
Design & Politics Season
Over the summer of 2019, London College of Fashion’s Arcade East space hosted the Design & Politics Summer Season; a programme of events, performances and debates that looked at the precarious nature of our current political climate from both global and local angles.
To capture this, we created a brand identity campaign to reflect and champion the political thoughts, feelings and attitudes of our generation. Our identity is a flexible graphic system that represents the many voices, opinions and relations that contribute towards political discourse both locally and around the world. Based upon a series of blocks, the identity expands and contracts, pushes and pulls, in continuous relation to one another so as to emulate the political atmosphere and its constant state of flux.
